With a fleet of over 50 aircraft, multiple campuses, FAA Part 141 and Part 147 approvals, and both domestic and international airline pathway partnerships, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a global flight and aviation training leader.

What you’ll do:

• Drive student and program growth (flight & maintenance training across both airline pathways and B2C).

• Lead expansion through new campuses and acquisitions.

• Foster a values-driven, customer-focused culture.

We’re looking for a leader with:

• Proven industry leadership experience (flight and maintenance training).

• Strong P&L growth track record

• FAA/regulatory expertise

• Proven sucess in developing and executing long-term growth strategies via organic growth, global partnerships, acquisitions, new campus development and new B2B program captures.

• A global mindset with flexibility and passion for international travel

• M&A experience
