ATO Talent Recruitment is supporting a pilot training organisation identify individual's for a General Manager role for its full flight simulator training center in Asia.

Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the operational and financial leadership of the flight training organisation. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring aircraft availability and certification, safe and efficient flight training operations and instilling a safety team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in flight training or aviation training, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
